When the election results were announced, Mama Kiki was in her home with her seven surviving children and two orphaned grandchildren. A gang attacked the home, as well as their food kiosk next door - the source of the family's income. They all escaped with their lives, but lost everything they owned. They are now living with their neighbour, Mrs Joyce Wanjiku.
