BUPA London 10km Run

We have just 12 places left to fill in the Bupa London 10km run – and we need your help to fill them!
Normally we would ask people to raise £300 for each place – but we are now offering them FREE to anyone who will raise as much as possible for AMREF.
The Bupa 10k is a really good course and enjoyable atmosphere, and definitely one of the races to tick off your list. A distance of 10km would be a good ‘get fit’ goal for the summer and this is a great opportunity to secure a place to run.
